Job Description
Flexential is seeking a talented Account Executive to join our team as a Data Center Specialist, Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our colocation products and services to prospective customers in selected data centers. You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by generating leads, qualifying opportunities, designing solutions, negotiating, and closing deals. Moreover, you will provide valuable input on market trends and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions
- Promote colocation products and services to potential customers.
- Generate leads and expand sales within targeted regions.
- Maintain sales activity to meet forecasted pipeline needs.
- Close sales in alignment with monthly quotas.
- Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts to support the sales process.
- Utilize Salesforce.com for managing and documenting sales processes.
- Manage contracting for Master Service Agreements.
- Conduct meetings with business prospects through various mediums.
- Build and nurture relationships with networking partners and channel associates.
- Perform duties as assigned by Sales Leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in managing sales processes at C-suite and departmental levels.
- Track record of success in team selling with Subject Matter Experts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and other relevant software.
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a competitive marketplace.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, Word, and contact management tools.
- Positive attitude and drive for success.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 4 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the technology sector.

Compensation
Base Salary Range: Estimated $62,000 - $85,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
Variable Pay: Annual bonus based on personal and company performance.
