Job Description

We are currently hiring a Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families, assisting with daily activities and individual care needs.
• Notify management of changes in condition and recommend appropriate care adjustments.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and ensure residents' well-being.
• Promote a safe and enriching environment for residents through various activities.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work well in a team.
• High school diploma/GED, certifications as required, and previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
