Join REM Community Services, part of the Sevita family, as a Caregiver Direct Support Professional (DSP). Make a difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by providing support and care. This fulfilling role entails assisting with personal hygiene, behavioral challenges, and facilitating community participation.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with developmental goals and personal care tasks.
• Develop meaningful relationships and encourage community engagement.
• Provide assistance with budgeting, dental hygiene, and nutrition.
• Ensure the well-being and safety of participants.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or related field preferred.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible demeanor.
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle in some positions.
