Caregiver

Job Description

At Sunrise Senior Living, we are looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join our team in providing exceptional care and services to our residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
• Assist with activities of daily living and life enriching activities.
• Develop and update Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote Risk Management programs.
• Deliver exceptional dining experiences following Sunrise hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and flexibility to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED and relevant certifications where required.
• Prior experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
