Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our dedicated team. As a Care Manager, you will provide high-quality care and assistance to seniors in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your role will involve building relationships with residents, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring their well-being.
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe environment.
Qualifications
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
- High School diploma/GED.
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
