Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Dairy and Frozen Manager to join Kennie's Market's Inc team. As the Dairy and Frozen Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the department, managing profit and loss, and ensuring top-quality products and excellent customer service. This role requires strong leadership and merchandising skills to maintain product levels and make informed business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and gross profit goals for the department.
• Control expenses, inventory, and waste.
• Order and price products accurately.
• Maintain product quality, freshness, and proper rotation.
• Manage stocking, display, and rotation of products for maximum customer appeal.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager on merchandising, planning, and sales trends.
• Ensure department cleanliness and adherence to company policies.
• Supervise and train department employees.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of related experience.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
