Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and support to individuals with disabilities.
• Assist participants with daily activities and personal needs.
• Engage participants in community integration and social activities.
• Implement behavioral support plans and assist with medication management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services or direct care preferred.
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with insurance in some positions.
• Ability to demonstrate patience, reliability, and responsibility.
