As a Direct Care Staff member, you will provide quality services and individualized support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Your role will involve assisting individuals with daily activities, promoting independence and growth, and fostering meaningful relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene, meals, and activities.
• Support individuals in achieving their developmental goals and participating in community activities.
• Provide compassionate care to individuals with diverse needs, including autism and behavioral challenges.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure the well-being of the participants.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance in some positions.
• Must be patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible.
