Responsibilities

• Help individuals with daily living tasks and care coordination.
• Develop relationships with participants to facilitate community engagement and meaningful activities.
• Ensure individuals' well-being, including assisting with hygiene and behavioral support.
• Collaborate with supervisors to create a supportive and nurturing environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination.
• Essential traits include patience, compassion, reliability, and responsibility.
• Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle may be required.
