Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Floor Tech / Utility Housekeeper to join our team at Tallgrass Creek by Erickson Senior Living. As a Floor Tech / Utility Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our community, focusing on hard floor surfaces and trash removal. No travel required as all tasks are within our gated retirement community.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness by utilizing specialized equipment.
- Proper handling and disposal of waste.
- Assist with room/furniture setups as per work orders.
- Help with moving heavy objects/packages.
- Hard floor maintenance (scrubbing, mopping, waxing) and carpet care.
Requirements
- Experience in operating carpet care and hard floor equipment.
- Flexibility to accommodate resident and department requests.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Safe driving skills and 3 years of driving experience.
