Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with daily activities and goals, including personal hygiene, nutrition, and participation in community events.
- Establish meaningful relationships and provide emotional support to individuals under your care.
- Promote independence and community inclusion for participants with diverse needs.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to create a supportive and caring environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred six months of experience in human services, direct care, or similar roles.
- Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle in some positions.
- Skills in caregiving, direct support, assisted living, or related fields.
