Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is looking for dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the team at Rochester Manor. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current state nursing license or pending LPN licensure.
- Maintain BLS/CPR certification.
