Med/Surg Charge RN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Med/Surg Charge RN to join our team at Upson Regional Medical Center. As the RN Clinical Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing daily unit activities during the night shift to ensure the safe delivery of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise daily unit operations.
• Assign and monitor patient care.
• Provide expert clinical support to ensure excellence in patient care.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum of one year of Med/Surg experience.
• Current RN license in Georgia, BLS, and ACLS certification.
