Registered Nurse

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Upson Regional Medical Center. This is a full-time night position, 7 PM to 7 AM, for 3 shifts per week.

As the RN Clinical Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the unit to ensure the safe delivery of patient care. You will take on patient care assignments and serve as a resource to the staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee unit activities on assigned shift.
• Assure safe delivery of care to patients.
• Provide modified patient care assignments.
• Promote excellence in patient care.
• Support and promote safe, age-appropriate, and culturally aware patient care.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external resources.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum of 1 year of Med/Surg experience.
• Currently licensed as an RN in the State of Georgia, BLS, ACLS certified.
