Job Description

We are looking for recent nursing graduates to join our team at HSHS St. John's Hospital as part of our RN New Grad Residency program. As a Registered Nurse Residency, you will work under the supervision of experienced nurses to provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with healthcare teams, and offer support to patients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Complete the nursing process to promote and restore patients' health.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
• Provide physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families.
• Supervise assigned team members.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Previous healthcare or service industry experience preferred.
• License pending in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
