Job Description
We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic and innovative team at Cella. As a Product Designer, you will lead design initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and create exceptional user experiences that delight customers. This exciting role involves working at the intersection of finance and technology, contributing to cutting-edge solutions impacting the financial industry.
This is a 6-month hybrid contract position requiring onsite presence in Wilmington, DE 3 times per week.
Responsibilities
- Lead design projects for Cash & Check products throughout the entire product lifecycle.
- Establish the vision for user experience and foster collaboration.
- Conduct research activities and develop prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Work closely with stakeholders to deliver final products, conducting user interviews and usability testing.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, technical constraints, and business requirements.
- Optimize all aspects of user experience for improved usability and visual design.
- Effectively manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCD Interaction, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- 6+ years of experience in UX/UI design or a similar role.
- Proficiency in design software like Figma, Figjam, and Miro.
- Portfolio demonstrating service design and research expertise.
- Experience in user research and usability testing.
