1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. Our warehouse operations play a crucial role in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores to meet the needs of our growing customer base.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively within the warehouse team.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and teamwork.
• Adapt positively to challenges and changes.
• Deliver excellent performance and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding conditions.
