1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler at Aldi with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage is $23.00 per hour. As a warehouse package handler, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and organizing products, loading and unloading shipments, cleaning the warehouse, and participating in inventory counts. You will collaborate with team members and warehouse leadership, communicate effectively, provide input for process improvements, and achieve budgeted goals. This role requires independence, attention to detail, and adherence to safety guidelines.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and prepare for deliveries.
• Perform various physical tasks in varying temperatures.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
