1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a competitive starting wage of $23.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, receiving, relocating, and loading merchandise in the warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment for store deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with warehouse team.
• Provide input for process improvement to warehouse management.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Follow ergonomic and company procedures diligently.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
