1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently selecting and organizing merchandise in the warehouse to fulfill store orders and ensure timely shipment preparations. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment while maintaining warehouse cleanliness.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect products for quality and safety, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
