1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. The position is full-time with an average of 30-35 hours per week, starting at $23.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a vital role in the efficient handling of stock to fulfill orders, maintain warehouse standards, and collaborate with the team for a smooth operation.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Organize, relocate, and load merchandise efficiently.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvement and ensure product quality and safety compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic guidelines.
• Perform all tasks accurately, efficiently, and within company policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
