1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi. As a Full-Time team member, you will work approximately 30-35 hours a week with a starting wage of up to $25.00 per hour. The 1st Shift begins at 7:00 AM.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes.
• Inspect product for quality and safety.
• Perform all tasks accurately and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and collaborative teamwork.
• Adapt positively to challenges and changes.
• Deliver excellent performance and efficiency.
• Have good communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
