2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. This position offers a starting wage of $23.00 per hour with an average of 30-35 hours per week. As a Warehouse Associate, your responsibilities will include selecting, receiving, relocating, sorting, loading, unloading merchandise, maintaining warehouse appearance standards, and participating in inventory counts. You will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to optimize processes and achieve budgeted goals. Additionally, you will be expected to adhere to safety guidelines, operate equipment efficiently, and receive competitive wages and benefits, including a 401(k) plan, healthcare coverage, paid leave, and more.

Requirements

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift, move, and operate powered industrial equipment while working in varying temperatures. Physical abilities include lifting up to 45 pounds and continuous movement throughout the warehouse.
