2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work independently or in a team environment, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Follow safety guidelines and operational procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness and positive attitude.
• Organize and execute tasks efficiently.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
