We are looking for a talented Architectural Designer to join Areté Collective/Denton House Design Studio, where you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of high-end hospitality, commercial, and multifamily residential projects. As part of our team, you will be responsible for producing quality architectural designs and coordinating internal design efforts to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Senior Architects and Project Managers on design projects.
- Generate contract drawings and specifications while coordinating with consultants.
- Lead construction administration efforts, including overseeing reviews and responses.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate design documents with engineering consultants.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of architectural design and construction administration experience.
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, Master's degree preferred.
- Registered architect desired.
- Direct experience with large-scale multifamily developments and Affordable Housing Tax Credits required.
- Proficiency in REVIT, Lumion, Photoshop, Sketchup, and MS Office Suite.
- Extensive knowledge of codes and consultant coordination.
