Responsibilities
- Produce visioning and conceptual architectural designs.
- Coordinate internal team design efforts into drawings and specifications.
- Assist in establishing design fees, determining project schedules, and overseeing construction administration efforts.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate with engineering consultants.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of architectural design and construction administration experience.
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, Master's degree preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in REVIT and other design software.
- Experience with large-scale multifamily developments and Affordable Housing Tax Credits.
