Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Manager (TG) in Tallassee, Florida, to join our Domino's Pizza team. This position offers a salary of $14.50-$17.50 per hour, along with bonuses, weekly pay, and benefits including Medical, Dental, and Paid Vacation (subject to eligibility requirements).

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in coordinating and taking ownership of tasks and assignments for the team.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including cost controls, inventory control, cash management, and customer relations.
• Develop and mentor team members to cultivate future managers.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures and maintain high standards in team performance.
• Recruit new team members and provide active daily encouragement to current staff.
• Handle staffing, paperwork, food management, time management, store cleanliness, and marketing activities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in operating equipment and stocking ingredients.
• Preparation of products accurately and efficiently.
