Job Description
We are looking to hire a dedicated Assistant Nurse Manager to join the Emergency Department team at Northwest Hospital, part of LifeBridge Health. This is a full-time position on the night shift from 7:00pm to 3:30am.
Unit Summary
The Emergency Department at Northwest Hospital serves over 60,000 patients annually and consists of 49 beds. The department caters to various illnesses, including cardiac, stroke, behavioral health, orthopedic injuries, and trauma. The team is known for its positivity, strong organizational skills, and clinical excellence.
Job Summary
The Assistant Nurse Manager will have 24-hour accountability to coordinate resources effectively, ensuring top-quality service for all patients. This role is crucial in upholding the hospital's mission and vision.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent formal education.
- Bachelor's in Nursing; National Certification preferred.
- 3-5 years of nursing experience.
- Maryland RN License, CPR, and BLS Certification.
