Responsibilities

• Foster client relationships, analyze customer needs, and identify business challenges in target accounts.
• Participate in an intensive onboarding program to learn about our services, customers, and sales process.
• Develop effective sales skills and strategies to generate leads and exceed quota targets.
• Collaborate with the team to prioritize efforts, refine strategies, and achieve sales goals.
• Utilize CRM systems to record activities, personalize communications, and maximize outreach success.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated success in outbound campaigns such as cold calling and emails.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Familiarity with sales methodology and MS Office suite.
