Great Strides Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA at Great Strides, you will work closely with a team of trained therapists to provide personalized care to children aged 2-18. This role involves program oversight and instruction in clinical and community settings, aimed at enhancing the quality of life for children and families.
Responsibilities
- Complete supervision and program oversight for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Provide individual and small group instruction to children aged 2-18.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
Requirements
- Master's degree in psychology or related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification.
- Prior experience in pediatric ABA field preferred.
- Pass required background checks.
