Job Description

Rise Baking Company is looking for an experienced Cake Decorator & Traveling Trainer based in Massachusetts to provide technical support and training to client accounts. This role involves teaching baking procedures, cake decorating techniques, marketing strategies, and new program development. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and able to work in diverse environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide training on cake decorating and baking techniques to bakery personnel.
• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies for products.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service to clients.
• Adapt to changing environments and present new ideas to clients.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of cake decorating and baking experience.
• Experience in grocery store bakery preferred.
• Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and follow recipes accurately.
• Must be able to travel up to 75%.
