Capture Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Capture Manager to join Middle River Aerostructure Systems, a renowned aerospace manufacturer. As the Capture Manager, you will lead strategic capture activities in the aerospace and defense sectors, driving business development efforts to secure new contracts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, develop capture strategies, and ensure the success of all capture and proposal activities. Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's future growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic capture campaign identification and execution.
• Develop and implement capture strategies to secure new contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful proposal activities.
• Analyze market intelligence and competitive assessments to drive win strategies.
• Manage project risks and opportunities, conduct after-action reviews, and improve business development processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or Business Management with 5 years of Business Development or Capture Management experience.
• Knowledge of commercial and USG contracts, competitive pricing strategies, and acquisition processes.
• Ability to travel occasionally (less than 40%) and obtain USG Security Clearance.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with DoD customers and aerospace industry networks is a plus.
