Caregiver

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join Sunrise Senior Living, a renowned provider of senior care services. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and assist them with daily living activities.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to management.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and ensure their implementation.
• Ensure resident safety and compliance with community regulations.
• Provide dining assistance while maintaining Sunrise hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors and excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications as required by state regulations.
• Prior experience working with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
