Job Description

Join our mission-driven team at Sevita as a Caregiver to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will play a critical role in enhancing the lives of those we serve, helping them grow, learn, and live well. Your responsibilities will include developing meaningful relationships, assisting with personal hygiene, supporting individuals with behavioral challenges, and helping them achieve developmental goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop real, meaningful relationships with individuals.
• Support individuals with hygiene and behavioral challenges.
• Assist participants in achieving developmental goals.
• Help participants engage in community activities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5 years of caregiving experience (or equivalent education).
• Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle.
• Clear background check.
• Compassionate, responsible, and reliable.
