Job Description
Sevita, a part of REM Community Services, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are currently seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professional Caregivers in various locations including Brick, Toms River, and Lanoka Harbor in Ocean County, NJ.
Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily activities.
- Support participants in achieving developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
- Establish meaningful relationships with participants and help them be part of the community.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent education.
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
- Valid Standard Driver's license with 1 or more years driving experience.
