CERTIFIED HVAC TECHNICIAN
Property Management, Inc. (PMI) is seeking a Certified HVAC Technician to join our team in Camp Hill, PA. This position will be part of our residential division, servicing managed apartment homes in the Harrisburg area. Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance tasks at multiple properties.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems.
- Handle light electrical work, appliance repair, and preventive maintenance.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and work independently.
- Deliver excellent customer service to residents.
Requirements
- Valid PA Driver's License.
- Working cell phone.
- Prior experience in residential housing preferred.
- Basic hand tools required.
- Ability to participate in on-call duties.
- High school diploma/GED.
Compensation
$20+ per hour, plus $500 sign-on bonus!
