Job Description
The Certified Personal Trainer at VASA Fitness will be responsible for guiding clients to success on their health and fitness journey by providing world-class training experiences. This role entails prioritizing, planning, and executing tactics to acquire new clients and retain existing ones.
Responsibilities
- Acquisition of new and retention of existing clientele.
- Schedule and deliver complimentary PT sessions for existing VASA members.
- Adjust exercise programming to fit the exact needs of each client and demonstrate care and create connection throughout the client journey.
- Create an approachable environment in and around the Personal Training Cage, interacting with members, clients, and guests in a friendly, inclusive way.
- Create a supportive, connected community for all clients by utilizing VASA programs, tools, and resources in ongoing client success.
