Job Description

The Child Care Team Lead (CCTL) at VASA Fitness is responsible for building and developing a high-performing team to care for and safeguard the well-being of the children of members and guests during their visits. They ensure a welcoming and safe environment, deliver fun and entertaining programs, and maintain a sparkling clean KidCare facility.

Responsibilities

• Support staffing and training of Child Care Attendants (CCA) and forecast upcoming staffing needs.
• Uphold KidCare standards, manage operating costs, and ensure mini members can participate in fun, entertaining programming.
• Ensure the safety of mini members, monitor their well-being, and maintain a sparkling clean KidCare facility.
• Build and develop a high-performing team, establish a culture that adheres to VASA values, and provide ongoing team member development.
