Job Description

The Child Care Team Lead (CCTL) at VASA Fitness is responsible for building and developing a high-performing team that cares for and safeguards the well-being of the children of members and guests during their visits to VASA. The CCTL ensures a welcoming environment and delivers fun and entertaining programs in the KidCare area while making sure it is clean and well-maintained.

Responsibilities

• Support staffing and training for Child Care Attendants (CCA).
• Uphold KidCare standards, ensuring a welcoming environment, positive engagement, and fun programming for mini members.
• Manage operational costs, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
• Ensure safety and well-being of mini members through proper check-in procedures, monitoring, and maintaining a clean and safe facility.
• Build and develop a high-performing team, driving accountability and ongoing development for team members.
• Coach and support ongoing team member development, fostering a culture that adheres to VASA values.
