Child Care Team Lead

Job Description

As the Child Care Team Lead, you will be responsible for building and developing a high-performing team dedicated to the well-being and entertainment of the children visiting the KidCare center at VASA Fitness. You will ensure a welcoming environment, implement engaging programs, and maintain cleanliness and safety within KidCare.

Responsibilities

• Support staffing and training, uphold KidCare standards, ensure the safety of mini members, drive policy execution, manage operating costs, ensure entertaining programming, execute playbooks, manage equipment, and conduct safety scans.
• Build and develop a high-performing team, establish a culture aligned with VASA values, attract, hire, coach, and engage the operations team, and provide ongoing team member development and support.
