Job Description

The Child Care Team Lead (CCTL) at VASA Fitness is responsible for building and developing a high-performing team that cares for and safeguards the well-being of the children of members and guests during their visits. The role entails ensuring everyone in the KidCare area feels welcomed, the safety of the mini-members, and the delivery of fun and entertaining programs in a clean and well-maintained environment.

Responsibilities

• Support staffing and training for Child Care Attendants (CCA).
• Uphold KidCare standards and ensure the safety of mini-members.
• Deliver fun and entertaining programming.
• Execute flawless playbook and manage operating costs in the KidCare Center.
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of equipment/toys in the KidCare Center.
• Perform hourly safety scans and partner with the General Manager to ensure the well-being of mini-members.
• Build and develop a high-performing team, attract, hire, coach, and maximize engagement of the operations team at the club.
• Coach and support ongoing team member development, build strong relationships across all levels of the organization, and provide input and feedback to the General Manager in succession planning conversations.
