Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as the Clumpies & GOOD DOG Catering and Events Team Leader. In this role, you will oversee catering and special events operations, ensuring excellent guest service and adherence to company standards. Your responsibilities will include managing catering schedules, maintaining relationships with event professionals, and leading a team to deliver outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service aligned with our organization's mission and values.
• Lead the Catering and Special Events team to achieve operational goals.
• Coordinate and schedule catering outlets effectively, maximizing bookings during peak seasons.
• Prepare food according to quality standards and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain relationships with event planners and seek new catering opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health codes, and safety standards.
• Supervise partners daily and address guest complaints when necessary.
• Oversee cash handling procedures and monitor time and temperature controls.
• Perform cashier duties, serve guests, and assist in food preparation as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1-year experience in Food Service or Hospitality preferred.
• Serve Safe Certification required.
• Strong coordination and team leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate, develop, and oversee up to 8 partners.
• Valid driver's license for operating event vehicles.
• Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Computer proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Physical capability to lift/move up to 30 pounds and perform various tasks.

Compensation

$17.4-17.45 Hourly Wage
