Commercial Lines Account Manager/CSR

Job Description

We are looking for a driven Commercial Lines Account Manager/CSR to assist in the production, support, and retention of commercial lines accounts at Anderson Insurance Associates, Inc. This role involves securing and submitting renewal underwriting information, renewing coverage, quoting and proposing new business, processing certificates of insurance, handling claims information, and advising clients on coverage options.

Responsibilities

• Secure and submit renewal underwriting information.
• Renew coverage, remarket/rewrite existing accounts.
• Quote and propose new business opportunities.
• Handle customer change requests and process certificates of insurance.
• Report claims to companies and follow up with customers.
• Advise clients on coverage options and resolve issues.
• Document all account activity and client communication.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role with commercial Property & Casualty background.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Client-focused and team player mentality.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and insurance management systems.
• Knowledge of Applied Epic or similar software preferred.
• High School diploma required; Associate's/Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
