Job Description
The Construction Project Director at BluSky is responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities generated through personal business development and marketing activities. Working with commercial, industrial, government, and residential property owners, this role involves developing cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services in properties affected by disasters.
Responsibilities
- Sales management and execution
- Revenue oversight and acceleration
- Ensuring profit margins meet targets
- Accounts receivable and collections management
- Coordination of near-term opportunities
- Engaging in business development activities
- Proficiency in project estimation
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication
- Collaborating with internal teams for successful projects
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing/business development and sales experience in construction or restoration
- Construction estimating and catastrophe experience desired
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Xactimate
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and financial processes knowledge
- Relevant certifications such as OSHA 10 or 30, CPR, and First Aid preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
