Job Description

The Construction Project Director at BluSky is responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities through personal business development efforts. Collaborating closely with property owners and managers, this role involves developing cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services for commercial, industrial, government, and residential properties impacted by disasters. The Project Director plays a critical role in sales, revenue management, profit margins, collections, business development, estimating, customer satisfaction, and internal team coordination.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing/business development and sales experience in construction/restoration industry
• Construction estimating experience
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Experience with Xactimate and other estimating software
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of project management and financial processes
• Business ethics and integrity
• OSHA 10 or 30, CPR, and First Aid certifications preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
