Job Description

The Construction Project Director at BluSky is responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities in the construction industry. Collaborating with property owners and managers, the Project Director develops cost estimates for restoration, renovation, and roofing services in various sectors, including commercial, industrial, government, and residential properties. This role plays a key part in revenue generation, profit margins, and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing/business development and sales experience in construction or restoration industry
• Construction estimating experience
• Proficiency in Xactimate and estimating software preferred
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and financial acumen
• Business ethics, integrity, and autonomy required
• OSHA 10 or 30, CPR, and First Aid certifications preferred
