Responsibilities
- Manage and close new business opportunities
- Develop cost estimates for restoration and renovation services
- Negotiate and execute contracts
- Ensure revenue production in accordance with goals
- Oversee project budgets and profit margins
- Implement efficient AR & collections processes
- Coordinate with internal teams for project success
Requirements
- 5+ years of business development and sales experience in restoration/construction industry
- Proficiency in construction estimating and Xactimate software
- Strong project management and financial administration knowledge
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- OSHA 10 or 30, CPR, and First Aid certifications preferred
