The Construction Project Director at BluSky is responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities, developing cost estimates, and overseeing revenue production. This role involves working closely with owners and managers of properties damaged by disasters, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating internal teams for project success.

Responsibilities

• Sales and revenue generation
• Managing profit margins and AR & collections
• Estimating proficiency and customer satisfaction
• Coordinating with internal teams for mitigation, reconstruction, and business development

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing and sales experience in construction
• Construction estimating and catastrophe experience
• Microsoft Office skills, Xactimate knowledge, and social media proficiency
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
