The Construction Project Director at BluSky plays a vital role in managing and closing new business opportunities within the commercial, industrial, government, and residential sectors. This position involves working closely with property owners and managers to develop cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services in the aftermath of disasters.

Responsibilities

• Manage and close new business opportunities through personal business development and marketing activities.
• Develop cost estimates for various restoration and renovation services.
• Ensure revenue production aligns with monthly goals and oversee project budgets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely project completion and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing/business development experience in the restoration or construction industry.
• Proficiency in Construction estimating and large loss/catastrophe experience.
• Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills and knowledge of Xactimate software.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
