The Construction Project Director at BluSky is responsible for managing new business opportunities, collaborating with property owners and managers for restoration, renovation, and roofing services. This role involves overseeing sales, revenue generation, profit margins, AR & Collections, business development activities, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Project Director will work closely with various internal teams to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
- Sales management, contract negotiation, and service selling.
- Revenue oversight and ensuring timeliness of billing.
- Profit margin development and project budgeting.
- Accounts Receivable & Collections management.
- Managing sales opportunities and business development activities.
- Estimating proficiency and customer satisfaction management.
